HELP NEEDED Annual HOG Touring Rally"Spring Heat

         *** HELP NEEDED ****

The Annual HOG Touring Rally"Spring Heat” starts in California

on 25th March and ends in our own Harley-Davidson Dealership

On the 29th of March. Riders come from all over to make this

Special rally, “Pilgrimage”.

We need your help: on the early evening of the 29th everyone

That can help is needed. What to expect: we need all volunteers

to arrive about 5:30pm to help set up tables and chairs, table cloth

etc. You will also be needed to Welcome arrivals and directing the

flow of people to get food and drink. Afterwards assistance will be

needed in breakdown.

The Dealership will have all the Motorcycles moved out to clear

For table setup.
